The Societe Haitienne d\u2019Aide aux Aveugles (SHAA) was founded on February 23<\/span>rd<\/span>, 1952; and <\/span>is an Organisational Member of the Caribbean <\/span>Council for the Blind (CCB).<\/span><\/p>\n
